Although all of our buildings (except timber garages) come complete with a timber floor, your building will require a level, solid, square base of concrete or paving slabs. The base must be no smaller then the building size. There must be no overhanging trees or other obstacles for up to 4m above base level. Allow 200mm from other buildings, fences etc around the building for roof overhangs.
